1. Purpose of the Platform & Acceptance
By accessing this platform and registering for Emerge Conference 2026 ("The Convergence of Voices"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking platform.
2. Booking Rules & Accuracy of Information
Participants must submit accurate and authentic personal details using their own verified Google credentials. Each individual is permitted one registration per event edition. Duplicated entries using identical emails or phone numbers will be automatically restricted.
3. VIP Tier & WhatsApp Payment Terms
The Regular ticket is free of charge. The VIP ticket is priced at 10,000 FCFA. This platform does not process online credit card transactions. Submission of a VIP booking registers your reservation intent; payment completion and receipt validation are conducted directly with designated Emerge Conference administrators via WhatsApp (Message M4 / M5). VIP privileges and group links are released upon manual verification.
4. Event Schedule, Venues & Changes
The proposed event date is Saturday, 21 November 2026 at Tiko Council, Cameroon. While Emerge Conference aims to execute all sessions as publicized, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify speaker lineups, workshop tracks, or schedule timings when circumstances require. Registered attendees will be notified promptly via email and the official WhatsApp group.
5. Intellectual Property
All event branding, themes, logos, graphics, and materials associated with Emerge Conference 2026 are the intellectual property of Emerge Conference and its founders. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited.
